I started this firm with a desire to design operational systems, build strategic frameworks, and lead community rooted programs for foundations, non-profits and mission driven organizations.

With a background shaped by service, strategy, and storytelling, I’ve delivered on community engagement models, designed and facilitated program curriculum, and mapped out stakeholder ecosystems with long term impact in mind.

Those experiences taught me what it means to be seen, to be heard—and how powerful it is when a story is honored. Today, that love sits at the heart of my work.

Now I want to be an extra set of hands- a partner in design- for whatever the next chapter looks like for you and your organization.
